Workforce Development

Objective: To enhance and expand our employment program for the underemployed and recently incarcerated individuals, providing comprehensive hands-on training to develop marketable skills, foster financial independence, and promote entrepreneurship.

  • Employment Opportunities: Increase the number of employment opportunities available, ensuring they are accessible and tailored to the needs of under-employed and recently incarcerated individuals.
  • Hands-On Training: Develop and implement robust training programs that offer practical, industry-relevant skills. Focus on areas with high demand in the job market to ensure trainees can quickly transition into the workforce.
  • Skill Development: Provide continuous support and advanced training modules to help individuals progress from basic skills to specialized competencies, increasing their employability and potential for higher earnings.
  • Financial Independence: Implement financial literacy workshops and personalized coaching to help participants manage their income, save for the future, and achieve financial stability.
  • Entrepreneurship Promotion: Create pathways to entrepreneurship by offering resources such as business planning assistance, mentorship programs, and access to startup funding. Encourage trainees to leverage their skills in launching their own businesses.
  • Impact Measurement: Establish metrics to track the success of participants in gaining employment, achieving financial independence, and starting businesses. Use this data to continuously improve the program and demonstrate its impact.

Health & Wellness

Objective: To leverage our unique and intimate settings to partner with healthcare providers, educating the community on diverse health topics and offering vital screenings essential for prevention and early detection.

  • Community Education: Develop a comprehensive health education program that addresses a wide range of health topics, tailored to meet the needs and interests of our community.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and strengthen partnerships with healthcare providers, local clinics, and health organizations to deliver expert-led educational sessions and screenings.
